Who are looking for a Receptionist to join their time with an immediate start. The purpose of this role is to provide a warm welcome to all clients and visitors to the business ensuring a 5* delivery at all times. You will have a minimum of 3-month experience in a similar position and ideally come from a Legal background. You will be confident and flexible and have a true understanding of excellent customer service. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 5 hours per day between 2pm and 7pm. You will work in a team of 50 and duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
• Liaising with meeting hosts regarding guests requirements
• Handle all incoming calls and enquiries
• Carry out room checks
• Meeting and greeting all clients in a polite and professional manner
• Providing excellent telephone manner when answering and transferring calls to the correct person
• Making sure the reception desk is always covered during business hours
• Arranging cover for reception staffs sick leave and annual leave
• Performing Intendancy Tasks

• Extremely well presented
• Good level of education
• Driven, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Friendly, well-presented and professional
• Organised and well-spoken
• A flexible approach to work and the ability to take own initiative
• Spanish, Italian and French basic skills
