Blackshaw Nursery is a 58 place nursery based in Tooting, caring for children aged 1 to 5 years. We are open Monday -Friday 7am -6pm (8 hour shifts are worked within these hours this includes breaks) 52 weeks of the year.
We are looking for full time Childcare Practitioners ( min Level 3 in childcare) to work for us 36 hrs per week.
Starting salary; £25,532pa + 3% pension contribution from employer.
Annual leave; 22 days + 8 Bank holidays when the nursery is closed. We also close for 2 days a year for staff training.
Main objective of the post; To provide high quality childcare for children aged 1-5 years, as transmitted by the Childcare Co-ordinator, in conjunction with staff, in accordance with nursery policies and procedures. To be aware and understand the needs of the users of the nursery, being responsive in the nursery provision.
