Paul has been a great help to my granddaughter, his Emetophobia therapy has, in her own words “has made a massive difference”. Well where do I start! Having been a smoker for around 40 years and getting to a stage where I didn’t enjoy smoking and it was a very expensive bad habit. I started looking at ways to stop. And this is where I found Paul. I felt very at ease in his company and would definitely recommend him to anyone wishing to give up smoking. It has been two weeks since I have touched a cigarette. I can honestly say it has been very easy giving up smoking and I don’t miss cigarettes at all!

I went to see Paul for hypnotherapy to help me quit vaping after being recommended by a friend. I was sceptical about the idea but was advised to go open minded to the appointment (which I did.) I have been vaping for about 5 years and have tried every method of quitting with no success. Since my session with Paul, I can honestly say I haven’t touched a vape, felt the need to vape or even craved nicotine once. I have been surrounded by other people with vapes and have been on many nights out and haven’t even been tempted. I can’t thank Paul enough. I feel healthier then ever and my friends and family can’t believe that I’ve managed to quit. I have recommended Paul to everyone I know and will continue to do so.

I had a hypnotherapy session with Paul to help with my fear of having sedation and medications that make you feel ‘out of it’, I suppose the overall fear he was treating was loss of control. I was due to have a medical procedure which I hadn’t gone through with on 2 previous occasions, the thought of sedation for me would cause severe anxiety, shaking, nausea, just not an option! I had my session with Paul and then booked my procedure in about a week afterwards, I didn’t feel confident booking it in but did. The day came and I can’t even explain what happened, I literally got on to the hospital bed and they sedated me 🤣 i experienced no fear, no shaking, nothing. It’s as if he’d numbed my previous feelings about it. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to overcome a similar fear as myself, it was actually a miracle! Thank you Paul

I cannot recommend Paul Russell enough. I came to see Paul as I was suffering from White Coat Syndrome. This is where my blood pressure spikes in any kind of medical setting, even though my blood pressure is normal at other times. In the last twelve months I have had an essential medical procedure cancelled twice because of these spikes. This was causing me terrible anxiety which ended up in a spiral of stress and worry. Thanks to the treatment received from Paul, I finally felt my mind had been retrained to stay calm and relaxed in clinical environments. This was proven when I went for my medical procedure. I felt calmer than I have ever felt in that kind of situation. My blood pressure was almost normal and the procedure went ahead. The relief I felt after twelve months of anxiety and stress was immeasurable. I would like to thank Paul for his professionalism, empathy and the effectiveness of his treatment.
