In need of a 3 or 4 bed house urgently.
BD3 or BD2 preferably near schools.
Currently In a small 2 bed that needs work.
For a family of 4. 3 children.
Must be clean & decent to live in.
Long term let.
Must accept housing benefit.
Receive long term disability benefit.
Oldest child gets DLA.
Can get landlord references.
Don't smoke or drink etc.
Have no pets.
No debt, arrears or ccjs.
Near perfect credit score.
Been renting 13 years, rent on time by direct debit.
Can pay 6 months in advance & holding deposit to secure house. Up to £750.
Clean & tidy person.
Can move in immediately.
Desperately need a decent house with more space for mine & my children's mental health.
