Good morning / evening Everyone,
I urgently need a new rental - my cut-off point to move is mid Jan 2022, but I'm anxious to find somewhere before that, as early as possible.
My 'Looking for Rental' spec & info is below - please read, because I've always had a good renting track record.
I have good credit scores and refs.
I have a professional career - working full-time, on a contract.
I've been sharing a rental flat with a friend for a year and a half now - always paid rent on time & in advance. Kept the place in good order/repair, organised & clean.

WHAT I NEED & LATEST DATES FOR MOVING: URGENTLY REQUIRED in PLYMOUTH: BEFORE mid Jan 2022


FOR: SINGLE/DOUBLE ROOM - PROFESSIONAL WORKING MALE


DURATION OF STAY NEEDED: Must be LONG TERM / STABLE: 6mths-2 years - Contract / Agreement


FINANCIAL: I have excellent Credit Ratings. No debt. Always paid my bills / rent on time & sometimes in advance. £ 400-600 RENT ONLY £ 500-750 ALL IN - UTILITIES INC


HOUSING HISTORY: I have an up-to-date Experian credit report / work reference available upon request.


IDEAL HOUSING SITUATION: Any of the following: HOUSE-SHARE / FLAT-SHARE / BED-SIT / ATTIC FLOOR SUITE-SUITE SELF CONTAINED / BOAT-SHARE / ANNEX FLAT


SIZE OF ROOM/S: Small, Medium or Large SINGLE OR Small, Medium or Large DOUBLE (with or without EN-SUITE facilities - preferably with)


CURRENT HOUSING: I am currently sharing a flat with a good friend which I've been in for a year & half. We've been good tenants and always paid rent on time. I have good credit scores and refs. I've been sharing a rental flat for a year and a half now but must find a new place ASAP before mid Jan 2022.
I am really flexible with types of living situations & the sizes of rooms - I can adapt easily and I prefer to live in a small space, as I am very minimalist. My current place is bedsit size, and there is still plenty of room - I only need a single room of any size (preferably en-suite but not essential).


DESCRIPTION OF ME / LIFESTYLE:
- I do not drink or smoke / no children / no pets.
- I am in my late 40's: responsible, trustworthy & with a stable, successful professional career.
- I am not a party-goer, I live quietly (ie. not noisy, don't place music loudly) & I'm easy to get on with & very responsible. I like surfing, reading, outside activities.. etc.
- I believe in GOD and in treating others with respect and love
- I take pride in keeping my living environment in good repair & clean / organized (clutter-free).
- I am minimalist & don't have much stuff - I live/travel very light (currently in a bed-sit type small flat, with room to spare). I'd prefer to be in any set-up that is small & cozy.
- hope to find a nice, stable place that is free from damp / mold - need it to be dry / warm
- I'd prefer to have reliable broadband internet, en-suit room & storage shed for my bike - these things would be ideal, but not at all essential (just stating some preferences).

COVID-19: throughout all the lockdowns/pandemic, neither I nor my flat-mate have ever had any Covid symptoms or illness, plus done tests which have been negative. I am in good health.
