Description
Due to breakdown in relationship I'm looking for a studio flat or a 1 bed flat.
I'm happy to consider anywhere so long as its suitable and suits my needs.
I'm 51 and on long term sick due to my health so the rent is guaranteed every month through LHA, I'm clean and tidy and like to keep where i live to be kept clean and tidy and I spent 30+ years as a general builder so looking after the property and keeping the property clean won't be an issue.
I would prefer somewhere with bills included but its not a deal breaker if not.
