​My partner and I are a quiet, responsible couple currently seeking a 1-bedroom flat or home to rent in the Manchester, Stretford, Trafford, or Sale areas. We are in urgent need of a stable home due to current housing difficulties and are ready to move in as soon as possible.
​We are currently not working. One of us is receiving Universal Credit (including housing support), and the other is awaiting the outcome of a fee waiver application. Our budget is between £400 and £700 per month, which fits within the Local Housing Allowance (LHA) rates for the Central Greater Manchester area so the rent can be fully covered.
​We are very respectful tenants who will take excellent care of the property. We can provide all official documentation regarding our benefits and situation upon request.
