I am a 38 year old who has recently left the armed forces and I am looking to rent a large double room in central Brighton although I can look at other areas such as Hove and Portslade. I am clean living, easy to get on with and a reliable housemate. I will be using the room for office work during the day also. I can budget £500 per month and can move in this July.
