Description

Hi there! My fiance and myself are moving to St Albans for work in the first week of September and we are looking to rent our a 1 or + bedroom house or ground floor maisonette. Must have a small yard/private garden as we have a extremely well trained german pointer dog. He is toilet trained to do outdoors when taken out and not allowed on sofas and beds. He also doesn't bark as he is a rescued dog and won't bother neighbours! Budget is at £1500-1700 pcm. Proximity to St Albans central station is a plus but will consider widespread St Albans. We are both professionals with a good income per person and are very tidy and clean. Will treat the property as our own home!
