I am seeking a property in Fife to rent long term ASAP, ideally and most preferably from a genuine landlord/agency (security)
£650 max PCM
I am currently in receipt of benefits however I'd like to think this wasn't an issue, they're paid directly to agencies bank account.
My Cat is non negotiable
I have a 14 year private let exemplary tenancy history
I'm a non smoker, single, no children, quiet,clean and considerate tenant.
