I am a single person looking for a long term let. I dont smoke, require parking, all I require is a space that will allow myself and my cats. I know a lot of people say no pets but hear me out -
My cats are quiet and well behaved - we have lived above a business with no noise complaints whatsoever.
I am happy for any required inspections to show that they are not a detriment to your property.
I am willing to make any adoptions to our lives to help - whether that's an automatic litter tray or whatever is needed.
My cats all have expensive flea collars, I own an expensive carpet cleaner and pet hoover already.
I am happy for you to spend time with my cats there so you can see what they are like!
I volunteer at a cat rescue around my health so I care about cats and their welfare and so mine are well looked after.
My cats are all I have in this world and without them I have nothing else.
I have no children and don't want any, I have no partner and don't want to live with one. I want a single person's tenancy for long term as this isn't a stepping stone to the next place or next milestone in life.
If you want someone to pay rent on time as I have done in my prior tenancy for over 8 years, someone that is looking to plant their roots in their home and truly make it somewhere to be proud of, someone that is quiet and helpful and constantly working against the odds to better themselves and things around them then please get in touch. I can get so many character references and offer free cat cuddles for life just please at least hear me out before you dismiss me and my cats for someone that likely will move out when something better comes along or when they meet someone to move in with
