Description
I am a single person who is working part-time and studying full-time. Also I am receiving housing benefit to cover my bills. Currently I am living in E13 and nearly 12 years in this address. So I am looking for something for the long term and a place that I can call home.
Means it has to be in a good condition with separate kitchen and bathroom with belcony or garden. Must be having open place where I can take fresh air and breathe as I have some health issues. I want it unfurnished but if its pertly furnished then ok. But to be honest I don't want any used items of furniture which might contain germs and bugs. I have a 10-year-old indoor cat. I am working in the hospitality sector, but now I want to change my career so staying healthcare.
I can give good references from previous landlord and all other documents which will be useful. Please only contact if you are private landlord.
I got contract here till end of July but if I get anything suitable for me earlier then I must move ASAP. I am looking for 1 /2 bed flat or house , depending on condition / usable space.
My budget is from 1300 to 1500/1600 mex.
