Description
I am looking for a 2 or 2 bed house to rent in the erdington area. I have been privately renting my current family home for 12 years and now been told I need to move out in the new year due to the owner wanting to move in themselves. I am a loyal tenant who has never missed rent payment, I will need somewhere that accepts pets - this is just my one adult dog ( Labrador) who is well trained and I keep a tidy clean house with him, and I have a couple of small pet birds in a cage who I also maintain a clean house with and has never been a problem with current landlord. Ideally something close to Holly lane as near my elderly father. And ideally with a drive & garage. Please message with details - thanks 😊
