House/flat wanted asap

Hey everybody, I’m Ray and I’m 39… like most people I’m looking for a place to rent 1 or two bed… anywhere in wales

But my situation is probs a bit more unique.. I’m actually a returning expat after 5years in the USA … and you think things are bad there, should try living in California it’s a mess… 1bedroom apartments go for atleast 1300 , you can barely afford food.. even when the pay here is much higher then the uk..

But I’ve done 5years it’s time for me to return home… I’m looking for a 1/2 bed place , if it needs decorating awesome I can do that…

I’ll be with my American wife, who will be coming and going between the USA and the uk untill I sort out her visa…

But when she’s not there will just be me..

Anyway as you can imagine it’s pretty difficult to find a place from here.

And who wants a tenant that hasn’t got a job?

Well I have a plan… I’d happily pay 2months in advance rent wise so I won’t have to worry whilst I get on my feet again as it’s a complete fresh start and build from the ground up again.

I already have a job offer just outside Cardiff.. security… I just have to retake my Sia training.. I won’t be claiming housing benifit.. as I refuse point blank lol…

I know it’s a odd situation and most will read this and think I’m deluded… haha but I’m sure there’s people out there who’s been in the same situation…

A two bed would be great incase my wife’s family want to visit … but a 1 bed would be fine

We are decent people, we don’t party, we don’t do drugs… we keep ourselfs to ourselfs

We are clean and tidy people

If you know of any private landlords or are one who fancies asking questions… be my guest

No agency’s address I don’t trust them

Also please no scammers… I won’t be paying a holding deposit I’ve already been had on here…

I’ll be on a plane if I find somewhere, so I can look in person.. so preferably somewhere coming Available to rent would be great
