**PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY**
We are a couple reaching out to private landlords in Boston, Lincolnshire and nearby area. We are looking for a double room with en-suite and kitchen access please.
We are looking to rent a room from March 24th 2025 and as a couple we would be happy to pay the rent either weekly or every two weeks up to £150.00 per week.
We do have a landlord reference available, and we are both good, clean people and non-smokers with no pets.
Again we are reaching out to private landlords -**WE ARE NOT landlords, we are LOOKING for a room.
