Cider maker looking for property to rent

Hi,

I’m a small scale cider maker (approximately 200 bottles a year) looking for a property to rent for the ageing of fine cider in bottle and in barrel.

The ideal property would be a basement with private entrance, water supply, electricity and drainage. However, I am very open to anything that is relatively cool year round and adaptable to my needs. For example an unused stone outbuilding, a barn or well insulated garage. I am relatively handy, so happy to undertake some smaller renovations if needed.

I am a cider maker by trade but this would be part of my own private venture to produce cider for myself. Therefore, ideally a deal could be struck at around £100pcm but I could push that for the perfect property. Of course, a case or two of the finest quality cider could be part of the deal!

If you have a space you think may be what I am looking for and want to make a little extra cash every month, drop me a message! Ideally it would be within 10 miles of BS5 but again for the right place that could be expanded.
