A one bedroomed home wanted in South Birmingham (Moseley first choice) ..

... just for myself. I want to avoid having pets & kids. I never took drugs for fun (I used caffeine, painkillers, etc) nor smoked & don't want people smoking by my door. I can discuss noise with neighbours & we can work around each other. It's worked out fine before with an ex neighbour & me. I don't have loud music on late at night. A definite no to crying kids, & stomping around above me most of the day unless the occasional work, etc are done. A ground floor home is preferred. No really tall buildings. Furnished & unfurnished considered. A long term let is fine. I don't want a home for a few months. Inspections, etc are fine but people must organise a convenient time with me for work. Emergency access for a fire, etc are fine, but contact with me as soon as possible about them are required. No dumping items by my door, painting my door, etc without discussing a convenient time with me. No window cleaning with window open. I've had paint on me, been sprayed, not been able to open my window fully, etc in the past! I want a separate hallway, kitchen, living room, bedroom & bathroom in my home to myself. So no combined living room with kitchen, etc. A garden is preferred. A garden & communal hallway share are fine. I don't own a vehicle. I'm currently sharing, but want to move because the customer service has been bad (including sexual harassment), I want to live in a different area to where I currently live & I want my own home. £160 per week for maximum rent. Don't contact me advertising a home that doesn't fit the above! It doesn't matter if you think the location is just out of the area I require, there's a celebrity next door, etc. Why waste our time?!
