43 year old veteran, single and male looking for a 1 bed Flat/bedsit.
- No smoker, no pets .
- Stable secured income.
- quiet lifestyle, enjoy gardening and painting landscapes.
- excellent references from 2 previous landlords that covers from 2018.
- no history of evictions/arrears or issues.

Income:
- 1,700 a month UC and Full PIP.
- motibility car.
- full LHA allowance/Housing benefit entitlement. (Current rent 880 a month)

I would prefer:
One bed Flat or bedsit, NO HMO's pls.
I prefer that all housing benefits are paid directly to the landlord.

About me...
I am a quiet guy, old before my time. I have my own car, I'm financially stable.
Being a veteran I am very neat and clean. I am a very house proud individual who likes to maintain a comfortable quality of life.
When I am not completing my degree online. Visiting my father and nephew.
I like to garden, window boxes, and paint using watercolours.
... I am a widower with no kids and do not expect that to change any time soon
