We are a construction company with 2 large projects in the Manchester City area which will be ongoing until the end of 2026 and potentially further.

We are looking for properties within roughly 6 miles radius to Manchester City Centre to house our London based team throughout the duration of the projects. Preference for properties within walking distance to a train station.

We have roughly 33 employees spanning from labourers to QS’s whom will be rotating between our London and Manchester projects and we are therefore looking for multiple properties.

Properties will be maintained to a very high standard and cleaners will be bought in weekly.

We would preferably furnish the properties ourselves.
