Description

We are two students, 1 male (21) and 1 female (23), looking to rent a property in the Cathays area from or before 26th June. Ideally we would like to have access to a garden area. We also have two small therapy animals (a doctor's note can be provided) which are a Guinea pig and a rabbit, which both live in cages. I am willing to pay an additional deposit to keep them with me as they help me manage my anxiety.

Our combined budget is £800, £750 if bills are not included.
