Me and my partner in our 40s and two children are looking for a 2 bedroom property Exeter, devon and Cornwall area's.
Property rental price starting from £600 upto £950 depending on property.

Have deposit and months rent ready and extra few months upfront if it makes owner happy.
We have 1 small animal that just want to sleep all day and are happy to pay insurance as they are no problems and have never damaged anything in the last 3 places we have lived.
Also happy to pay the landlords RGI rent guarantee and legal expenses insurance for the year upfront £130.

We have spent over £700 on the last place we lived and have decorated and doing up garden in the place we live now and have pictures to show.
We can get two landlord references for the last 12 years.
