Helloooooooooo I have a room available in a 2-bedroom house, details below:

12 month tenancy that starts on November 22nd but can move in sooner too.

Rent monthly is £700 a month, (plus bills which are a little less than £200), rented from Maggs & Allen, pet friendly.

It's a large upstairs bedroom (unfurnished but possible negotiation for some items not including the bed) with en suite bathroom plus downstairs there's a shared fully-stocked kitchen and lounge.

The room is truly fantastic, tons of light, high ceiling, clean plus it's recently been painted.

Shared with one musician in his 30s (me, hello) I live downstairs, I work from an office in town 8 til 5 Monday to Friday.

I am easy to live with, clean but not obsessive, I'm 38 and parties are few and far between at this point but it's your house too and I respect creative noise :)

There's a bathroom downstairs too.

I love comedy but music is king.

It's off the main road so it's pretty quiet.

I am free for viewings all day today (Saturday) and late into the evening, same goes for Sunday I am available for viewings into the evening.

Location is BS5 8QL, between St. George and Hanham. A 10 min walk to Troopers Hill, 20 min walk to Conham River Park, St. George’s park and Church Street.

Includes locked bike storage and free on-street parking.

There is a bus stop right outside house, where the 44 & 45 regularly take you into town centre in 20/25 minute cycles.
House is opposite a Sainsbury’s garage (open ‘til 11pm everyday) and Chinese take-away (Open Tues - Sun)

This really is a steal in this economy, a tenancy confirmation must be locked down on Monday so in the nicest way I have to say no timewasters please :) xxxx
