The room (room 4) is on the first floor of the house and is furnished with a single bed, a wardrobe and bedside table.

Gibbins Road is a connecting road close to the Birmingham University and a 1 min walk to Bristol Road . Both these roads are busy with Sainsbury shops, banks, takeaways, GP surgeries and many other shops and businesses. There is also a library and a jobcentre close by.
