The room comes with a double bed frame, curtains, walk in cupboard and storage, wireless Internet and wire from room to router, bed side drawers/table, mirror, shelves and a mini fan.

Rent is £475 per month. Rent to be paid on the 15th of each month. Bills are shared equally and paid at the end of every month. Bills usually vary between £100 and £130 per month. We require 1 months rent (£475), and a deposit of £650, to move in.

Pets allowed at an extra cost.

Smoking allowed in rooms, but not communal areas.

Driveway and plenty of free street parking available.
