I have a small room with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, etc becoming available soon in a huge 5 bedroom flat at the top of Easter Road, a short walk from Princes Street.
The flat has a large dining-kitchen and a lounge area.
The kitchen has three fridge-freezers, a cooker, a washing machine, a microwave oven, lots of cupboards and a table with six chairs etc. etc.
The lounge area has sofas chairs and a coffee table etc.
You would be sharing the flat with two males and two females (all working professionals).
Long let preferred - minimum 6 months.
The rent is £400pm and the council tax is £40pm. If you're a student you would still need to pay the council tax as the guys in the flat are non-students.
The rent doesn't include bills.
The deposit is one month's rent.
I'm a private landlord so there are no agents fees to pay. My landlord registration number is 07400/230/18580.
No animals and no smokers please - incl vapers.
A guarantor, who must be a UK citizen, is required.
