A very clean person or persons who are working individuals and trustworthy and reliable.

Vegetarian, Vegan or Halal Muslim diet only as shared kitchen and utensils.
No alcohol allowed.
Smoking only with care outside in garden
Currently occupied by non- smokers non-drinkers.

Rent Details and costs

Available for 6 months to begin with. Could extend another 6 thereafter. Will consider shorter lets with more security. Minimum 2 months.
Please note it is a restrictive lodger agreement and not an AST.
