Single room for rent in a friendly, clean & well presented family home. £115 per week all inclusive.

We do not ask for a deposit from tenants (as we try to keep moving costs to a minimum for people) but expect no late payments in return. Payment is done by bank transfer or standing order. This ensures transactions are as smooth and stress free as possible for both parties.

Close to number 1 bus route, Portslade train station, Fishersgate train station and Boundary Rd high street where you will find all the necessary amenities.


Please note-This is NOT a House share it is a ROOM ONLY tenancy.
Rooms available to you are as follows..

Bedroom, bath/shower room and kitchen..

Bedroom fully equipped with Your own tv and furniture. You will have full use of washing machine and dryer. We have a microwave and double oven so we dont get in each other’s way at meal times. You also have your own fridge freezer to use.

You will share bath/shower room with one other person who likes to sleep late & doesn’t shower until 11am onwards.

Dining room & lounge are kept private for family as we have 2 children and an adult with a mild disability. Most tenants are happy with this arrangement as literally want a clean, cheap place to rest their head that is equipped with all of life’s luxuries.

Looking for someone who is pleasant, polite and respectful of others.

Due to the nature of my work a Police check/DBS Certificate is highly favoured. Please inform me if you hold one of these for work.

We only Consider people who are in FULL TIME employment & do not accept couples or pets.

This is a busy household who are always out and about so you won’t see us much.
