One bedroom available on a lovely quiet street a 5 min walk from Cotham Hill and Whiteladies Road.

The flat has a large communal living room with high ceilings and bay window. This comes furnished with sofas, armchairs and dining table. The bedroom comes furnished with double bed, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Landlord has confirmed he will do an upgrade to the kitchen and walls/floors at the convenience of the tenants (basically it's our decision). The rent won't increase because of this.

Flat available from April 1st. Contract runs until end of June, where a new 1 year contract can be signed to continue the tenancy. Council tax and utilities are not included in rent but add around £200 on top.

Landlord is friendly and has always been responsive. He doesn't own any other properties and has always been reasonable. He has no intent to sell and wants secure tenants.

A bit about the flat: my housemate leaving has lived here for 7+ years and has really made the place his own, I've only lived here for 6 months with not much stuff, so the new person that moves in can have a lot of agency over how the shared spaces look with layout and furnishings etc. It is an opportunity for someone to come in and start fresh.

A bit about me: I've lived in Bristol for less than a year so don't know too many people and will sometimes be working evenings and weekends. I'm 35 and my partying years are mostly behind me but I'm still fun and a good laugh. I love a pint, watching football, going for walks, vibing to all kinds of music and watching old movies. Always on the lookout for decent Asian food and pubs.
