Description
Novembers rent and bills have been paid, and to move this along I’m willing to pay for the first month of rent for my replacement.
Must be a uni student no older then 25.
Double bedroom in a generously spacious house in Brighton, the place is in a great area just a 22-minute walk from the Moulsecoomb campus. It’s close to Sainsbury’s and Lewes Road is a 7 minute walk from the house, with great bus connections going towards the city campus and past Moulsecoomb. The house features a large living room conservatory, a modern kitchen, and two shared bathrooms. In the kitchen, you'll find a washing machine (drying racks come with the house), a gas hob with an oven, two fridges and one freezer, a toaster, microwave and a kettle.
The bedroom available is a double bed containing a wardrobe, wall-mounted shelves, a cupboard, a bedside table, and a desk and chair with a nice view into the garden.
The current housemates are students at the University of Brighton, all in their second year of Film Studies. They’re friendly and easy-going who would appreciate someone tidy and considerate of noise.
With this property students are exempt from council tax.
The house is under Harringtons Letting agency.
