Hi! I’m looking to sublet my furnished room from 1st of March until 10th July (that’s when my contract runs out, feel free to talk to the landlord to rent it after that). It’s in a 2 bedroom flat in Hawkins Lane Building, right by Castle Park and Left Handed Giant (City centre).
It has a double bed, and it comes with a private bathroom (since my flatmate has an en-suite). There’s also a built-in wardrobe with sliding mirrored doors, so lots of space for storage.
The building comes with a rooftop terrace and a gym, as well as a lounge. Wifi is included in the rent, other bills are paid separately. The rent for my room is £800/month.
Council Tax Band: D
Place comes with washing machine and dishwasher. Private bathroom has a bath tub, as seen in pictures.
