Hi, we've got a double room available in large, friendly shared house in Hanover area of Brighton. Sharing with 4 (2 guys, 2 girls) aged between 27-34. Brilliant location - a short walk to town centre and Brighton train station and near the level Park.

House has a very spacious kitchen and dining area, separate living room and a patio garden. There are three bathrooms in the house, so you only share a bathroom with one other person. Modern decor throughout.

Would suit a friendly, laid back person. We are a sociable house but because the house is so large you can also get time and space to yourself.

Bills are about £100 each month. The room is unfurnished.
Available from 1st of June.

Deposit and reference required by landlord.
