Looking for a double room - long term - Edinburgh

Hello;
I have been living in Edinburgh for 5 years and around 4 years in the same flat. However, due to the pandemic my landlord has decided to sell the flat.
I am looking for central double bedroom, ideally in June/July. I am not in a rush but I would love to find the right place for me. I can also provide references if
needed.
About me: I am a professional working in HR & Recruitment in a renewable energy company for a 5 a years project, which will help Scotland become one of the greener countries in EU.
I have been sharing flat in different countries since I was 18. I love traveling, reading, watching
series, movies, and play sports, I also love cooking as I used to work as a sous chef in the past, so
there will not be problem in terms of cleaning or setting rules, I am easy-going, neat and tidy, plus I
can cook whatever you fancy :D.
My working patterns are hybrid working, Monday to Friday 9-5.
In weekends/spare time, I like playing football, sometimes going out for a drink, and watching movies with a glass of wine/beer and chill. I am not a party person, but always open to new plans.
