Very quiet and peaceful area, this house has lots of privacy. You live upstairs while I live downstairs and you have your own front door. There is a locked door between our living areas. You use your front door and I use my back door. Room is newly decorated and furnished but I can remove any items if not required. Really nice beautiful, modern en-suite with electric shower 10.5kw (most powerful) so always has hot water. Room has own fridge/freezer, small cooker, hob plate, kitchen sink, large TV with freesat. Super fast Fibre-Optic Wi-fi internet. LPG central heating so room very cosy.
We are 5 miles from Turriff and a bit closer to New Deer. As it's very relaxing here and you get left alone. Room usually taken on first viewing. Kitchen totally separate from mine and it has washing machine for your use. There is a good local shop in village. Supermarket and other shops in Turriff. References required and no smoking indoors but outside is obviously fine. Well worth viewing. Lots of free kerbside parking and a lovely garden.
Rent includes council tax, wi-fi, electric bills.
Would suit a professional person. May allow well trained pet. Although I will require a larger deposit.
