We have a large double room becoming available soon in our huge flat at the top of Easter Road close to its junction with London Road approx 800 metres from Princess Street and close to the main bus route to St Margaret's University.
The room is for single occupation because of the HMO regulations.
The flat is on two levels and has a dining-kitchen, a lounge area, a shower-room, toilet and five bedrooms.
We are two females and two males, we are all professionals with full-time jobs.
We're looking for someone who wants to stay LONG-TERM e.g. more than 6 months and are happy to help keep the flat CLEAN.
Please don't waste your time and ours by asking if you can stay short-term.
No animals are allowed and NO SMOKERS please, that includes VAPERS!
The rent is £490pm. The council tax is £40pm for each person. If you are a student you would still need to pay your share of the council tax because there is more than one non-student in the flat.
The deposit is one month's rent.
The bills are approx £9pw in winter and £7pw in summer.
We have a private landlord so there are no agents fees to pay.
The landlord's registration Number is 07400/230/18580.
