Available bedroom is 13 feet 9 inches by 10 feet 6 inches and carpeted with a desk, double bed and large, fitted, mirrored wardrobe.

I've chosen a rather low weekly rent for the city centre of £79.84p a week so I can choose someone who is able to communicate clearly and efficiently in English by email while the householder is away.

There is a performance bond payable in advance of £740 to try and ensure my lodger sticks to their side of the deal and cleans the oven, etc., before they leave. You can stay as long as you like but the minimum period would probably be about six months.

Your very first email should include, as an absolute minimum:
Your FULL name and address (for the missives) and age
Your e-mail address (in cryptic form without including the @ or "at" symbol - otherwise I won't be able to reply to you)
Phone numbers (try and include at least one landline anywhere in the world if possible since I distrust mobiles that are expensive to call)
Relevant biographical details (hearing how your favourite hobby is washing dishes and vacuuming will obviously boost you straight to the top of the pile - gullible smile. Vehicle owners will also be preferred).

Think of this first email as a test of whether you're able to understand simple instructions in English and email efficiently ALL the details I require.

Please don't send me an email without the required data or make a spasm phone call without reading ALL of this advert.
Either mistake would make me think you're wasting my time and yours - as would asking "Is the room still available?", since I'll delete this advertisement when the room's no longer available.
