I have two double bedrooms to rent in a friendly house in Westbourne. 

The room is for single occupancy only, ideally, the lodger would be in their late twenties and above, with no preference on male or female.

The lodger I am looking for is someone who is friendly and able to get on with others. It does not matter what your nationality or sexual orientation is, all are welcome here.

 This is a nice quiet house to live in if you are looking for a place where you know you would be able to relax after a hard day's work. No weekend parties here.
Both rooms share a large bathroom with one other room.

 There is no sitting room and no internet.
The room is available from April for a single person.
The rent for the room advertised is £410 PCM


We are just 3 mins walks from Westbourne's bars, pubs, and restaurants.
Westbourne also has loads of coffee shops, major banks, and supermarkets.
Bournemouth is just a 20-minute walk to the town centre or a 15-minute walk through Alum Chime to get to the beach.

There is also another double room that is available to rent for £395 per month. 
To move in, you will need one month's deposit and one month's rent which is £820 total.
There is a minimum  6-month term.
We are looking for someone long term, not short term let.
All utility bills are included.
