Double room in Horfield

Our housemate is moving out so we have a double room available to rent in Horfield, just off Muller Road. The house is on a quiet street with free parking, 5 minutes walking distance from Aldi + Lidl and 5 min drive/10-15 min walk to Gloucester Road, with a couple of decent pubs with 5-10 min walking distance.

Dave works from home for a beer company and Sam is a landscape gardener. We are looking for a lad between 25-35 who likes doing the following things: having a few beers, watching football, playing Warzone & going gym.

Things to note:

- Looking for someone who wants to stay minimum 3 months
- The house is furnished but you will need a bed for your room
- The room comes with integrated wardrobe and space for all your clothes
- Decent size garden & back gate rear entrance if needed
- Rent is £567 a month (£1700 total split between 3), deposit is £654 (£1962 total split between 3)
- Bills are £143which includes everything - Gas & Electricity, Council Tax (Band B), Water & Internet
- Making total rent and bills every month = £670, which we have to pay upfront on the 1st for the following month
- Must give us 31 days notice if you decide to move out
