Lovely double bedroom available in Hollingbury area. With the bunk bed frame i'm happy to either leave or take it out, up to you! Same with the sofa in the room. Obviously the piano will be gone :)

Large patio/garden area with fire pit and a decent size garage.
Shared living space with large TV/speaker system, most of the major streaming services and a Pool table/dining table.
Single bathroom shared between the ground floor room (2).

There's a bus stop just round the corner (26 and 46 route) and a short walk to Fiveways.

Off-street parking available for car owners.

The location is both peaceful and convenient. The outdoor space is lovely and both the room and shared living area are very spacious.

Bills aren't included. Council Tax, Water, Broadband adds up to around £100 per person. Energy bill has spiked up recently and hard to get the average but it's been anything from £30-55 per month.
