Lovely and spacious unfurnished double room with fitted in wardrobe with alot of hanging space. Shared bathroom and shower upstairs, and shared kitchen/living room.
An efficient heating system is that everyone can take hot showers or baths at any time of the day or night and the house is well insulated to keep it cold in summer and warm in winter.

The house located in a quiet estate in bury, still really close to town. Have asda, range and b&m right up the road.. Easy on street parking outside of the house.

The room is for single occupancy, looking males or females of a similar age to myself 20s or 30s and would suite a professional who works full time.

Doesnt bother me who live with long as they are tidy and respectful im sure well get on :) Would like to find someone who likes to chat, laid back and relaxed and can hang out have a night in. Good at socialising but also likes there own space. Got furnished living area/kitchen in the house already. Housemate wanting to move out in January so just looking into someone filling the spot :) would be a joint tenancy of the house, replacing the housemate that moves out. £425 for the room in rent and half of the bills would come too around £125/£135 month so overall around £550. Tenancy is until November but hope could find someone to stay longer and can renew it together :) pics of the house up and ready to veiw.
