I am looking for a respectable and neat, reasonably tidy and quiet professional with references (employer, previous landlord, or parents). A positive cheerful person who is self sufficient and regularly engages in sports/activities would be great as I don t enjoy watching TV in company.

I am a busy engineer, well travelled and read, friendly but not overly chatty, fair minded, no nonsense. A home for me is somewhere to relax, not party.

Due to allergies I am now lacto-uovo-vegetarian, and I must avoid wine and beer too.

I don t do well with certain cooking smells as these will make me feel very-very sick:

*boiled/fried fish and sea food (histamine release)
*Subsahara-African, Carribbean
*Chinese (because of soy sauce/fish sauce/vinegar)
*Asian recipes with fish/sardine sauce and/or vinegar
*Indian fish recipes and onion recipes (histamine release)
*Large amounts of onions, cardamon, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, turmeric and their combination in any recipe

I am fine with the smells of Tikka Massalla, Tandoori and Butter Chicken, Tagine and Jerk Chicken, as we know it here in Britain.

Electric rice cookers/steamers, scented candles, Ambipure, strong smelling detergents, cigarettes/electric cigarettes have to stay out.

If you have any questions, or are interested in viewing feel free to get in touch with your name and contact details. I will usually respond within the day to arrange meeting you at Costa or Waitrose Cafe in Cheadle Hulme for a face to face intro and a viewing.
