A large attractive double room (for single occupancy) in perfect condition: Original wooden floor with original features: fireplace, small stained-glass window, french-doors leading to garden. Fully furnished with a wardrobe, desk, shelves, fibre-optic wifi and a memory foam double bed that has lots of storage space underneath. Bedding, clean sheets and towels all provided.
TRANSPORT & LOCATION
East Finchley underground station (Northern Line, Zone 3) is seriously within a minute’s walk. Fifteen mins to Camden Town, twenty mins to West End and City. Next to all local shops, buses, supermarket, restaurants, Italian cafes with good food. Next to East Finchley underground station (Northern line, zone 3) and buses (and night bus).
Would suit a professional person who appreciates a quieter, cleaner house. The rate of the room varies with the length of stay. Bills come to £38pw (includes everything: wifi (fibre optic), cleaner, utility bills, council tax etc)
