Hello everyone! I'm going abroad next semester and I'm looking for someone to please take over my tenancy with Domus flats/University of Edinburgh. Anyone interested must be a currently enrolled Univeristy of Edinburgh student (preferably female as all other tenants are also female):
- Medium/Large room to rent from 11th December in a 4-bed flat, 2 shared bathrooms (both recently renovated)
- Nicolson Street, EH8 area
- very close to Main Library and Main Campus (just about a five minute walk), around 15 minutes walk to ECA
- close to shops (Lidl, Sainburys, Tesco)
- No guarantor needed, no security deposit or internet bills
- £631 rent a month excluding bills
