Description

Morris Court is situated in the centre of Dalry just off James Street. The development is close to a full range of local amenities and there is a bus stop a short walk away with regular buses including connections to Saltcoats, Largs, Kilbirnie and the local train station.

There are 24 flats on two levels in a single building which also has a lift. The flats all have a single bedroom with a living room, bathroom and kitchenette.

Heating is provided by central gas boilers with a radiator in each room. There is a communal lounge and a dining room that serves meals at lunch and in the evening and staff are on site at all times with each resident having a named member of staff who is their key worker.

We provide two cooked meals a day - typically a three-course meal at lunch time and a high tea in the evening. Meals are prepared by our on site staff and served in our
dining room. We offer a varied menu taking into consideration personal choice, seasonally available fresh produce and all dietary requirements.

All catering costs are included in the monthly charges.

Very sheltered housing is aimed at frailer older people. Residents have their own flat
and can live as independently as they please, but support staff are on site 24 hours a day and quality, nutritious meals are served in an attractive communal dining room.

All the properties have shower rooms or wet rooms, and a kitchenette. For added security and peace of mind, properties are also connected to a 24-hour community alarm.

Morris Court has received a five star rating in its late two inspections from the Care Inspectorate.
