Looking for somebody to take over my tenancy.

This property is in Larkhall, South Lanarkshire. FEMALE ONLY. I am advertising on behalf of my flat mate and my landlord. Due to unforeseen circumstances with family I have to leave my part of the tenancy and arrange for another tenant to join a joint tenancy agreement with the another tenant (I will be coming off the agreement and you will be added into it).

The other tenant has a Labrador so new tenant must be comfortable with this and no other pets are allowed in the property.

You would be sharing a house with the existing female tenant. The house consists of front and back private garden, bathroom, living room, kitchen, large storage cupboard and has 2 double bedrooms so one would be yours.

House is electric and council tax band A (tbc). Energy bills are around £65 a month and council tax is £90 a month.

Looking for somebody to move in either before Christmas or just after new year (in between is also fine).
