Hi im a mum of one little girl we are looking for a 2 bedroom house to rent long term in the aera of cardiff ideally Pentrebane/Fairwater ive been currently living in private rented accommodation for over 5 years good tenant,consistent rent payer,due to my landlord selling the property we have to leave,ideally looking between £700/£800 per month,i claim universal credits and i also have a dog house trained and old would appreciate any feedback,viewings ect
