Just a short walk from Teddington Lock this flat is situated almost opposite the Lensbury Club on Broom Road. Both Teddington and Hampton Wick stations are a 10 minute walk away and offer 30 min services to Waterloo. Kingston and twickenhan town centers are a 5min drive/bike ride or 15 min walk away.

The apartment is 5 years old and features solid oak flooring throughout, top of the range Siemens hob and oven/microwave, free-standing fridge /freezer, underfloor heating and video entryphone system.

The bedroom area is small but has a fold-down 4'6" double bed which can be stowed away during the day allowing the space to be used as a working, exercising whatever space..

Outside there is space for a table and 2 chairs (maybe more) and a barbeque for the warmer months. I do intend to install an extending canopy over this space so it can be used for more months of the year or when it's raining...currently awaiting approval from the freeholders.

There is not an allocated parking space but Godfrey the concierge has assured me( and I haven't been able to prove him wrong yet) that there are unused spaces which I have used for the last 3 months with no problems.

There is no agent involved in this rental. I live 3 streets away and so any issues/problems would be dealt with by me very quickly and efficiently(excluding water and electricity). I've rented a few places myself so understand the importance and comfort of a one to one relationship with whoever is renting.

I'm looking for a minimum 1 year rental with the usual notice period of 8 weeks either way applied. A deposit of 2 months rental would be required upfront and of course a full inventory with photos would be agreed by us etc etc. The rental is exclusive of council tax and utility bills. The current council tax is Band C which I'm in the process of reducing to Band B. This would result in a monthly bill of around £100 including the 25% single occupancy discount.
