Our family home is available as we are going travelling. The flat is on the first floor on marchmont crescent, just next to the Meadows. There are 2 double bedrooms and a cabin room which can be used as an office, joint kitchen living area and a small bathroom with a bath. Rent is £1500 per month and includes wifi but not council tax or gas and electric. We would require you to sign a lease until 25th of April and we return on the 28th.
We are currently moving all our belongings out the flat so you will have it to yourselves. We will leave all the essentials for you.
