PREVIOUS TENANT REVIEW:
We have lived in this studio for 8 years, loved every aspect of it and will be sad to let it go. It’s spacious, with a beautiful modern design, bright and airy, lots of natural light. It has great views over the treetops of Parkland Walk, with the City and the docklands in the distance. It has a well-equipped kitchen alcove, and generous storage space in a walk-in wardrobe. The wall-mounted Murphy bed is comfortable, and it take seconds to fold it up to create more space if need be.
The building itself is well looked after, quiet and secure, with a private garden, and in an attractive residential neighbourhood 10mins walk from Crouch End Broadway. The Broadway itself has an exceptional range of independent shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and even two cinemas. Lots of wonderful walking/jogging/cycling options nearby: Queen's Wood, Highgate Wood, Highgate Village, Alexandra Park, Waterlow Park, Hampstead Heath, Finsbury Park are all within 15-45mins walking distance, and the block is right by the side of the lovely Parkland Walk which stretches from Finsbury Park to Highgate.
It has a good range of transport options: frequent buses to central London or Tottenham Hale; Archway and Highgate Tube stations are about 15mins walk; there is also the Overground line at nearby Crouch Hill station, which is handy for going East, West or to South London."
