I currently have 3 1 bedroom chalets for rent at Norton park, Dartmouth. This is a lovely chalet located in the very beautiful Dartmouth. I am looking for a single professional worker. This location is 20 minutes from Totnes, 30 minutes from Paignton, 45 mi utes from Torquay.
I ask for 3 months in advance which is £1950, this covers rent and electric and water. This doesn't cover council tax. Council tax is £1200 a year and can be paid monthly. You can apply for 25% discount also as a single person.
