College Bounds is a residential street located close to the University of Aberdeen. The property is within a short walk of the teaching departments in Old Aberdeen

College Bounds is located on a bus route which runs from the High Street to the City Centre. There are also bus services on King Street from Bridge of Don to the City Centre.   

The property is on the ground floor in a terraced block of properties. There are two other properties in the building; one opposite and one on the first floor.

Accommodation:  The property is accessed from College Bounds into a communal hallway which is the entrance to the building. The property is located on the right on the ground floor. There is a small inner hall which leads to the living room, bathroom and bedroom. The living room is front facing with a kitchen off (also front facing) and there bedroom is rear facing (away from the street). There is a bathroom with shower over the bath.

Parking:  There is on street parking in front of the flat.  A resident's permit is required from the local council  to park in the local streets including College Bounds.  There is also a permit system in place for parking in the University of Aberdeen car parking. If you are a tenant living in Old Aberdeen and you require a parking permit for the staff car parks, the cost is £6.67 per month payable along with your rent on a monthly basis.

Rent: £335 per calendar month, rent only and excluding council tax and utility costs. Rent is payable monthly in advance. The rent payment does not include the council tax, utility bills, internet or telephone and related costs which are payable directly to the service provider by the tenant.
